The European Environment Agency (EEA) welcomes the Climate Resilience Framework, launched today by the European Commission. The EEA has launched the Navigator of Climate Resilience Tools, designed to help policymakers, public authorities, businesses and other users identify climate resilience tools that best match their needs.
EEA data and assessments show that the effects of climate change do not stop at national borders and are best tackled at European level. The framework builds on this understanding, and the EEA will contribute by building further on its work on climate resilience, providing knowledge, data and practical tools for action at European, national and local level.
